Joseph and Crystal Gruber. We’ve got over a decade’s worth of experience as a married couple, and well over a decade’s experience of missionary experience. Crystal was a Creighton FertilityCare Practitioner for ten years, serving single and married women, and Joseph has a Master’s degree in theology from the Augustine Institute. Anyone who sees that the world, the flesh, and the devil have been working overtime to make even getting married difficult, and who would like to be strengthened so they can take the preparation for the sacrament of matrimony seriously (and maybe themselves a little less seriously…). Whether you’re in a relationship or not, this material will be of use for you!

That really depends! Are you up for some hard work yourself? We can’t guarantee a spouse at the end of the course, but if you go through the material, you’ll be more marriageable, and more capable of discerning marriage, than before!

Both! The issues we raise are pretty universal, and next steps we propose are take-able by men and women alike.

We don’t think so. There may be new ideas, and there’s a lot of reading that you can treat as optional if need be, but we try to marry the practical and the principles enough that no one should get lost.

This co-hort is intended for people who have graduated college (or are about that age) through mid-thirties. 

Pretty Catholic! If you’re Christian and wondering if the Catholicity of the course will throw you, it might! There’s literally a session in which we teach that the organic unfolding of a relationship to greater and greater intimacy is experienced/taught most perfectly in the celebration of Holy Mass and the liturgy of the Church as a whole.

And this course is preparation for the sacrament of matrimony— the particular coming together of male and female that Christ elevated to be an efficacious sign of His love for His Church. That being said, if you’re Christian and still reading this paragraph, you’d probably still get a lot from the course…
